
Excel is probably the most commonly used tool for report writing on the market. With the addition of Microsoft Query data can be extracted from almost any database or accounting package on the market.
Many clients prefer to export data into excel as they are familiar with it's layout and function. Plus once written, by just clicking a button they can be updated at any time.
Below: are a few examples of some of the reports written for clients.
Some of these reports are quite large so please be patient when either downloading them or viewing them.
On-line:
E-mail the information for the reports
you require. Include clear detailed instructions and possibly a copy of some
data to work from. The finished reports will then be e-mailed back to you
with instructions on instalation
On-site:
CDS discuss your exact requirements with you and advise on possibilities you may not have thought of. Reports are then created with your live data. This can be backed up with additional e-mail support
On-site Training
CDS can show you how to extract the data yourself, plus how to create dynamic spreadsheets from this data which will cut down the time used by cutting and pasting the data from your accounts package or typing it in manually.
